Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors with a private balcony provide lots of natural light and highlight city skyline views. The condo is ready for our guests to enjoy the downtown.
The studio is completely furnished, including a queen-size bed and a queen-size sleeper sofa for occasional guests. The Eat-in kitchen includes a stove, microwave, and refrigerator. Building amenities include a 24-hour front desk attendant, fitness center, laundry room, rooftop pool and patio with secured entry, and clubhouse. It is only one block from the 16th Street Mall, one block from the Denver Performing Arts Center, and two blocks from all the wonderful dining and shopping at Larimer Square.

This is my favorite location in Denver. Right in the middle of downtown, close to the 16th ST Mall, shops, restaurants, the Convention Center. Gorgeous view. Julia, the owner, is as friendly as can be. She is quick to respond to questions and wants to make sure you have a great stay. I like her so much I'm currently renting another of her units in Florida.
