Great Condo with Available Owners

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is exactly as described and was well-stocked with the little things which is always a plus. The Shores Club had great amenities as well, making the stay that much better. The owners were very reachable and provided good documentation in easy to reference locations. Would definitely stay there again!

Amazing condo!

Absolutely amazing condo. Oceanfront. Owners have thought of everything. Air purifier, ultra comfortable bedding which we appreciate. Very nice furniture. Secured entrance to building. Even saw 2 rocket launches from our balcony. On a no drive beach. We will definitely be renting this condo again. Don’t hesitate to rent this.

Wonderful property ocean front

My husband and I booked this condo for a week long getaway. The property was well maintained and the condo was well furnished with comfortable beds and a great sectional sofa and recliner in the living room. Plenty of dishes and cookware in the kitchen. Beautiful views and a quiet relaxed atmosphere. The host was very responsive to messages and easy to work with. I highly recommend this property. We wil most certainly be back again!

Perfect Beach Location

We were looking for a quiet oceanfront place for a rare family vacation with our adult children and spouses. So happy we chose this location and unit. Rest and relaxation

We loved this property! The condo is very easily accessed from atlantic avenue; parking was perfect above ground and never required parki g in the garage; the entrance to the condo was easily accessed and the lobby was clean, inviting with close access to elevatres. The elevators themselves were digial and clean and were quick both up and down. Our condo was awesome! From the bathroos' cleanliness to the kitchens well stocked equipment, we needed nothi g else. The co do had a dehumidifier that was wonderful as well. My 14 yo son reported that his bed was incredibly comfortable and he slept for hours each night! The location of the condo was perfect, givi g us a beautiful view each morning and night of the ocean and beach. The amenities, i. Ckuding pool, lounge chairs and space was amazing. The stairs and ramp from the building to the beach was superlative. We have vacationed in 2 other condominium buildings over our 15 yrs vacationing in Daytona Bea h Shores, and Oceans Club is by far the easiest access to the bea h and the cleanest. The indoor water fountain was a huge plus for us as well. The Chapa's made sure everything was perfect for us, and had so many thoughtful touches in the condo was so thoughtful and appreciated. We have thoroughly enjoyed our 7 nights of rest and relaxation! It was difficult to leave, but we are looking forward to returning next years!

Overall good with a few issues

Upon arrival, there was zero parking available. I had asked about the parking garage clearance days before checkin and was told “we don’t know the clearance”. We realized it is Too small for my expedition. Not sure why an owner wouldn’t know that. Upon entering the rental unit, the smell of pine-sol and cat urine overwhelmed us. Almost to the point of nausea. There were chip bags under the beds and Oreo packages in the dresser drawers. The humidifier had shut off due to being full. We found out after emptying that it fills within a couple of hours so it’s basically a full time job to keep it emptied and running, as the owner asks. The vrbo app wasn’t working properly and I couldn’t get the chat feature to load. I texted the owners to the number they provided and they responded through the app instead so I couldn’t get in to read their response. Overall the stay was good. The location is great to see sunrise and sunset. The unit was full of towels and blankets but lacking in food storage containers or grilling utensils or even pans to transport to the grills by the pool. I left my pillow and the owners have zero suggestions on how to retrieve it. I live local and could drive over to get it if they could leave it at the property managers desk. I would try to find another unit in this building if I chose to stay again.

The VIEW!!!!

We just finished our week stay at the condo and we really enjoyed our trip. We were in town for a national dance competition. And while the rest of our dance team were cramped in tiny hotel rooms at the Hilton, our family of 5 enjoyed having a spacious 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo. We had to drive to the Ocean Center daily but it was a short 15 minutes and well worth it for the space and quiet that the condo provided. The owners were excellent with getting back with me on any questions or issues I had. The view from the balcony was amazing!! We enjoyed morning coffee on the deck and nightly glasses of wine as we talked about our day. The king bed in the master bedroom was like sleeping on a cloud. We also took full advantage of the kitchen and laundry machine that the condo offered. We hate eating out 3 meals a day while on vacation, so being able to have home cooked meals was a perk. Thank you for allowing us to book your condo and we will book again in the future if we are ever back in town.

What a view

We had a great time staying here. The owners were very responsive. The dehumidifier needed to be emptied a few times a day, but other than that we absolutely loved staying. The kitchen is stocked, plenty of beach towels and that View!! Sunrises were spectacular. Direct beach access was the clincher for us. Thanks!!

Perfect Oceanfront Condo!

We had a perfect week at this condo! Very friendly, helpful year round neighbors right next door and attentive hosts. The condo is directly on the ocean with an amazing 9th floor view which we enjoyed from the living room, bedroom and balcony. Pool is heated and lovely. Pool chairs get taken very early but not a problem because hosts provide ones to bring down. Pool is steps from the sand so you can leave chairs at the beach and cool off in the pool easily. The hosts took great care to stocking a well equipped kitchen, games & outdoor toys, beach towels and sand chairs. You really need to just bring your personal items…everything else is there. Location is great. A pretty short drive to St. Augustine and even shorter drive to New Smyrna where we found one of the best restaurants ever. Be sure to visit “The Garlic” restaurant. It’s quite the experience. We met friends there who are restaurant owners in NY and they couldnt get enough of it. Many thanks to the hosts for sharing their beautiful, mermaid theme, property with us!

Beach vacay!

We had the greatest time! Our family enjoyed the property and the hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They allowed us early entry, as our flight got in HOURS early, and our two littles couldn’t stay in the sun all day. We enjoyed the view, seeing the dolphins at sunrise was one of our favorite memories. We can’t wait to book again!

Family Getaway
