Home Away from Home

Absolutely enjoyed our stay. A short walk to the beach. The rental had everything we needed and even some extras. 6 night stay with 4 adults and 2 teenagers…. It was comfortable and spacious. Definitely would book again.

Quiet and comfortable

Very comfortable three bedroom condo, two bath with plenty of room for everyone. Quiet neighborhood just a couple blocks walk to the beach. All the amenities you could ask for. Good communication with the host, easy check in and out. It is on the second floor but that was not a problem for our group. Assigned parking and also visitor spots if needed. Definitely recommend this property for a nice and comfortable New Smyrna Beach stay.

Super Nice

The condo is relaxing, clean, comfortable and very well appointed. It is a quiet neighborhood and super close to the beach. We were there for business so we were not able to enjoy the beach and or the pool. Hopefully another time. The hosts were easy to reach and very helpful.

Spacious, clean, well-equipped condo

This condo was great! Check in was seamless, communication with owner was instantaneous, and the condo was clean and spacious. We didn’t use the twin beds, but the other beds were soft and comfortable (yet also supportive)- the best we’ve ever had, in any rental. Plenty of beach supplies, and the kitchen was well-stocked. We have stayed in several New Smyrna Beach condos, and prefer this complex to staying right on the beach. Sea Woods is quiet, nature surrounds you, and the amenities are great. The heated pool is warmer than any other pools I’ve used in New Smyrna Beach. We went swimming repeatedly, even though the weather was in the 40’s to low 60’s. Great stay, thank you!! If we visit NSB again, we definitely want to stay in this condo again.

60th Birthday Girls’ Trip

Amplifying all the wonderful things I read about this place to book it: clean, quiet, convenient to the beach, safe, cute, well appointed. Rick is so responsive to any/every question you could possibly have. And the place is stocked with any/every item you could ask for to enjoy a fun beach vacation. I would definitely stay here again! Business and Pleasure Trip

My group had a great time in NSB and at the condo. I had to work a little as I was attending a convention up in Daytona, but the rest of my gang enjoyed the nice facilities of the condo and the close by beach access. A good time was had by all!

A great, peaceful beachside retreat

Working with the owners, Rick and Cleve, to rent the property was easy. They worked with us be be sure we had the dates we needed. Once we were on site they communicated regularly to be certain all was okay and we had everything we needed. Their communication with us during the booking process and during our stay was exemplary. Best owners we have experienced, truly caring that we were satisfied and happy. The condo had everything we needed, beach towels and chairs, games, puzzles, movies, cable, internet, Apple TV, washer dryer fully equipped kitchen and numerous other amenities. The complex is in an ideal location, short walk to the beach, very quiet and peaceful. Pools are well kept and not crowded. Beach is beautiful We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and plan to return.
