Nice place

House was very clean and nice. The only thing that made things slightly complicated was not being able to get in both gates. GPS takes you to the back gate often and you cannot get in.

Not perfect but not terrible!

So yeah, Another house that shows better online than in person. The pictures drew me in and helped with my discussion. But when we arrived at the property, things were different. I don't want to say bait and switch but yeah... Now with that said, one of the items in question was the outdoor grill. To be fair, the owner did reimburse me for the rental of an outdoor grill. I'm sure the listing will be updated with "outdoor grill not included". That's fine, but you also need to update the pictures. Overall, with other little things to nitpick about (little black dots around one of the air vents) I can't complain too hard. All issues I had were addressed in a timely manner. I would recommend, just understand the pictures are a bit better than real life...

Wasn’t the cleanest stay. Location was really nice the house was beautiful. When we were prepping our chicken a roach crawled on the cutting board. We had to dispose our food since we weren’t paying to much attention we weren’t sure on what else he crawled on.. when we were getting ready to go to bed I pulled the bed spread to sleep there was hairs from previous people we had to wash all our sheets. Owner did nothing about it.

Great stay!

Beautiful home and location. Minimal essentials provided, be ready to make a quick trip to the grocery store conveniently located 6 minutes away. Jonathan was extremely quick to respond. Check in was easy, just one minor hiccup that was quickly fixed. Will definitely stay again when I visit family.

My whole family enjoyed this house! It was a little distance from the parks. Aside from that......to be able to leave all the theme park rush and excitement and go back to a very quiet neighborhood was definitely a plus. I would definitely book this home again. The check in process was very easy. I was able to text the property manager and within five minutes I received a answer. Upon arrival I was given the wifi password and what to do when I get to the guard gate. There is also a community pool with a pool slide and a play ground. And there is a lake right behind the property. We enjoyed our stay! Thanks again! Oh yea the guy at the guard gate is very very nice.

Great stay, very clean

This home was very clean, which was what I was looking for most. Packing list for future trips here would include extra toilet paper, coffee filters, and salt and pepper, but stores are very close and it wasn’t hard to run get what we needed. The property felt safe and it was quiet and peaceful.

Nice new home, excellent management

This is a new construction home in a neighborhood that is mostly full-time residents. Providence is a giant subdivision with multiple sub-neighborhoods. The home is about two blocks from the excellent golf course and about a 10 minute walk to the community center, and its two heated pools. Our property manager, Jonathan, was very responsive and did his best to be helpful whenever we had a question.

Clean, quiet and beautiful.

The property is located in a quiet and still developing part of Florida so things can be a little far but it's worth it. It's calm and peaceful throughout the day and the home itself is beautiful and clean. I definitely recommend staying here.
