Spacious home, great floor plan for large family gatherings. A little far from parks - 30-40 minutes really with traffic.
Basically clean, but not deeply, some hair in bathrooms, and dishes were grimy in the cupboards.
Amenities based on time spent are lacking. We spent 9 days and received the following for the 6 bedroom home, 10 people:
2- dishwasher tabs
2 - kitchen garbage bags
about 3 tables spoons of dish washing liquid
1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom.
Communication about the trash take out and Tuesday pickup was not given, so thankfully they came by early Tuesday to make sure the big can was on the street.
There is no yard to speak of, but the pool area is nice and the screen is terrific.
LOVED the wildlife, we had turtles, foxes, cranes and possibly a wild pig of some sort in the marsh behind the house.
I would come back, but know to stop at the store to pick the above items up when shopping for food.
