It was a great hotel and staff was great!! The only problem was I seen a big ass bug. Don’t know if it was a roach or a cockroach, but I only seen one so it was OK other than that.

After a delayed flight and a cancelled flight, the hotel was a welcome "shelter in the storm". The staff went out of their way to help after they heard our story. The kind lady that checked us in told me about the fountain in the back with the chairs around it. I went and sat and decompressed. They tried to help me with a phone charger. Just very kind and helpful. The room was an absolute delight!! Clean and comfortable. Our only "issue" was and very inconsiderate neighbor who kept my best friend up all night. It was reported the next morning. They kindly offered to move us to another room immediately! It wasn't necessary because we were heading back to the airport. PLEASE give this hotel your business. You won't be disappointed.

Don’t stay here unless you want to be bombarded with the smell of marijuana. The smell was so strong from the minute you walked in the lobby. I mentioned it to the check in person and she seemed unconcerned. I was traveling with my sister who has asthma and this made her miserable for the night. I mentioned it again at checkout and the gentleman said that he had heard that from another guest but that was it. No attempt to show empathy at all. I will never stay here again.

I would’ve given this place 5 stars but the smell in the elevator was unbearable! Smells like a dog use the bathroom in there and wasn’t cleaned afterwards. I actually brought it up to several workers in housekeeping but nothing was done. Besides the elevator smell it’s definitely a nice hotel

I think overall it was good and I liked the two bedroom with kitchen and living room concept. It felt like a bit more like an apartment, however, right when you get into the elevator and walking past at least 5 rooms, all you smelled was weed. I brought it to the front desk's attention and not sure they could do anything immediately about the smell but it wasn't the greatest.
