Perfect Area to Stay

The hotel was very clean and up to date with a friendly, helpful staff. It was a convenient location for our "hub" of the attractions we visited during our stay. The only complaint was the same one I have for most hotels: Why don't they invest in better pillows?!

Booked a two bedroom in advance, and when I arrived at the property to check in, front desk told me my room was sold out. Why was my room sold out when I paid in advance?! Anyway, they ended up giving me a King bedroom which was so uncomfortable for my family and I.

The prints hanging in the room were dirty under the glass, it could have been mold, but I'm really not sure. The window lock was also broken and my kids opened the second floor window unexpectedly when they noticed it was cracked, which freaked me out, but the staff was responsive when I reported it. Luckily my kids are old enough to know that it shouldn't have opened and told me immediately. The breakfast was good, the service was top notch, and they always had workers keeping all areas clean. Over all it was a good stay for the price, right by the mall. Just check the windows if you have children, because that would have been a much bigger deal for me a couple years ago.

Older hotel, but great service, kind, helpful. Breakfast is good. Beds are smaller, but super soft. Good sized rooms. This is our new go-to spot if we need to take a flight from DFW.

This is an ok hotel. Located well and near DFW airport. It needed some simple upgrades like towel hooks and working USB plugs, attention to a running toilet and TV channels are really outdated. Otherwise fairly quiet and comfortable bed.
