Randy, the check-in guy was fabulous very informative and very polite. You do have an issue in your bathrooms with the toilets and drain system in the tub like it don't wanna go down other than that. The room was fabulous.

Great room, and a very clean hotel. You must consider that it is an old building though. Parking was safe and complimentary for guests. But, the area is full of homeless. My body wash was empty, demonstrating a lack of attention to detail. The hotel is not staffed enough at night. My TV wasn’t working around 1am, and the desk person explained they were the only one working, and therefore couldn’t do anything for me at that time. Also, their bar advertised happy hour beginning at 4pm, but after arriving to a closed bar at that time, the front desk informed me the bartender was running 30 minutes late. Overall, attention to detail was found lacking, but the price was incredible for the lovely room you receive. Will consider staying again with lower expectations.

As soon as I checked in I noticed there was bed bugs. They couldn’t move me to another room or another hotel. They told me to contact Expedia, Expedia told me to send pictures I did . Then was told to contact the hotel. Nobody was able to help me and as I was forced to stay in that room and not use the bed for 3 nights.
