"Most beautiful home we have ever rented. Great secure location, beautiful views of the ocean, sunrise and sunset. Well appointed and comfortable. Elevator was a pleasure. Cleanliness next to none. Had fun playing pool and simply relaxing. Definitely a gem of a home. "

"This house had everything we needed for our beach vacation! The beach is just a few blocks away within the gated community. The house has all your beach needs including umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards, toys and a wagon to pull them in. We loved riding bikes (provided at the house) within the community. The streets are wide with minimal traffic so it was super safe for our young kids. There are plenty of shops and restaurants across the street, we barely used our car for a week. We did have a few hiccups while we were there but Jill was super responsive throughout the stay. We had an awesome time here and can't wait to come back!"

"We were very close to the beach and could see the walkway to the beach from our balcony. It took only 2 minutes to walk there. The stores were close too. The people who managed the house (Brindley) were fantastic! The kitchen was small, but we managed. We enjoyed the pool and the jacuzzi! "

"Overall a very nice beach house in a great location. The host however never warned my family that the community pool was closed upon our arrival. It remained closed for the duration of our stay. With three young children this was a huge selling point of this home that we were unable to use. Also the community gate access code was wrong in the host's app which caused minor issue when checking in. Overall my family would stay again as the community guard told us they have never seen the pool closed in years of working there."

"Nice property overall. Good for families and a short walk to the beach. Close to the grocery and some activities. We loved the pool. However we did feel that the Happy Stays X app concerning rules, procedures and WiFi password was difficult to navigate or even hard to find items we were searching for. Some items that were suppose to be located in the app were not and actually sent via email. Contacting the management company directly for issues or concerns produced quick resolutions. Everyone we talked to was very professional."
