"Very short walk to the beach! The home had everything our family of 10 needed.There was a power outage in the neighborhood the first night that blew a blower on one of the air conditioners. Our host got an HVAC company there within hours and the problem was fixed ASAP. This impressed me because there were many other homes with issues after the power outage, but our problem was addressed quickly.My only concern was the presence of mold on several of the shower curtains. We washed them all in bleach and that cleared up the problem."

"Mike and Carol are top notch hosts. Outstanding communication and help. We loved the way the house was close to beach(5-10 minutes) but is secluded in the trees offering privacy in pool area. The pool is a fantastic swim/play area. The way the house is set up our families were able to find their own bedroom spaces to keep their routines. The upstairs has one long island with stool seating and two complete kitchens. The space also has a long eating table for 20ish and in our case games. There are two tv seating areas in that great area too. There are tvs in the game/ gathering areas on the second and bottom floors as well. We really appreciated the opportunity to stay here and think it’s a great beach place especially for families."

"Property is in a great location. Very close to the beach and a bike ride to the store. Loved our stay. 2 things to improve. The bushes out front need to be cut back. Difficult to unload car and a large oven would be nice to hear a dinner for a larger family. Very minor compared to everything else there is access to. Mike -June 2026"

"The house, pool, and hot tub were very clean. We enjoyed being so close to shopping and within walking distance to the beach. James responded quickly whenever we contacted him. Was a bit disappointed in how the kitchen was stocked as far as cookware and serving bowls. Unfortunately, the previous renters did put the trash out before leaving (no fault of owner) which caused the lower deck area to be smelly. Good value for the price!"
