The room has musty/moldy smell! Closet made my clothes smell bad. Carpet was peeled, shower doors were damaged - no towel hanger/hook, Iron not working. The carpet in the room was not properly vacuumed. The place needs complete renovation!

Every time I come to that area which is pretty often I stay there and this time it wasn't good.I just felt like my room had a really bad smell.But it was more like water drying on carpet, smell something that the hotel of course, couldn't help and my refrigerator froze my milk and my diet cokes and made the biggest mess in there.And I couldn't get anything to work right.And the air conditioning was even off.Normally like I said, I love it there.And whenever I come back, I'll stay there again.But this time it wasn't good.I really think that it's time for that hotel to really, really check their water situation.And their air conditioning et cetera, and get some new refrigerators.

We booked two rooms for family. One room seemed fine, however: the other had issues with the heating/air conditioning unit. We had trouble adjusting it to a comfortable temperature. The room was warm at first but became very cold at night. Since we only stayed two nights, I notified the front desk at check out.

This place was AMAZING! Savannah at the front desk is the true definition of a professional. We had to change rooms due to a smell and unfinished carpet, she took care of us promptly. Beds are super-comfy and rooms spacious. Plenty of dining options nearby, I went to Moochie’s Tavern (open late on weekends). Breakfast is tasty and offers bacon. Love the coffee machine. I stayed here to be further away from the hustle and bustle of Charlotte, this was a great change of pace. Will definitely consider a return in the future!

The gym is terrible. Equipment is broken, what few things are there. Blinds are broken. The hotel room itself smelled bad. Carpet was wet feeling.
