There are no real options for breakfast only paid Starbucks and the coffee is pricey even for that. They are undergoing summer renovations but during our day, the elevator also stopped working so that was fun checking out walking bags down the stairs. It’s aging property, but it looks like they’re catching it in time to renovate, but I don’t think I’ll stay again.

This hotel needs work. Our room was ok but the mattresses were not great. No little speciality items like makeup remover or lotions. The elevator was also broke. The check in n out people were nice.

CONS: Rooms have a moldy stuffy smell. Bring frebreeze spray and a plug in. Hotel is close to the major highway which is loud and able to be heard inside the room. PROS: close to food options and shopping. Refrig and microwave on the room.

Hotel did not coordinate with the building restaurant for hood cleaning. Set the building alarm off at 1:30am in the morning and the hotel had to be evacuated. This is an oversight that severely affected many hotel guests. Unacceptable for a hotel of this quality.

Room was a bit run down.. but overall it met our needs for the night. Be careful parking. Don’t leave anything in the car. Two cars around ours had their windows broken out over night. Police were in the lot in the morning.

This is a nice hotel and a good location or visiting family in Indian trail, North Carolina. The property is undergoing renovation so there is some construction underway. The workers were very quiet and did not disturb our stay. Breakfast is not included but there is a diner in the main lobby. The staff were friendly and professional. We will stay there again when we travel to that area.

The room was fairly clean, but the sheets for the pull out couch were dirty. The front desk replaced them without any problem. The hotel was having some renovations done while we were there and work materials were left in the hallway which made it difficult to come through with luggage.
