I had asked for the previous room I used last time and they put me in a more expensive room that had 2 bunk beds I did not need, just for that I was charged an extra $300. Manager was rude and said they have started people before they check in because too many people are not serious even though this was my 4th time staying with them and obviously my last "

We have stayed here previously and this was by far our best experience with a large accessible room. We unloaded the car directly into our room. Most hotels in this part of Mission Valley charge daily for parking as does this one. The rate here was a little less than others. Only disappointment was that the restaurant was gone. It was a convenient amenity."
