Room: We had the family panorama room with Matterhorn view (note when reserving: mountain view is not necessarily Matterhorn view. Read the room descriptions carefully before booking. The room was very clean and well equipped. Spa/Pool: We absolutely loved the spa and pool. We used it every chance we could get. The teenagers enjoyed it as well. It’s better than the pictures on the website. There were hardly any guests using this area—we had it virtually to ourselves 90% of the time. Note: Access to the spa is included with your stay (as of June 2026) Food: Breakfast is from 7-11am. The breakfast buffet was included with our stay as well (as of June 2026). It was a well stocked breakfast buffet and you can order an omelet off of their menu. The omelet option is also included. “The Dude” restaurant has huge portions and nice selection. The pricing was slightly lower than comparable places. TLDR: Great stay and great value considering the included amenities!"
