This was my second visit and noticed the rooms were upgraded from the first stay. The only real complaint was the dining room food. On the first visit, 6 years ago, the dinner was excellent! However, this time the food was very poor in preparation and quality. Because of this, I'm afraid it would take a huge change to have me stay again.

Easy shuttle trip from Malpensa airport and the property is beautiful. Staff was very courteous and breakfast coffee was delicious! The Shuttle driver was very prompt and took us to the train station directly, making our departure for Milan Central very easy.

Very nice, clean and comfortable room. The shuttle service from and to Malpensa Airport was a huge plus. It made for a nice "unstressful" car rental return. We could return the car the night before and have the shuttle drive us to the hotel and then back to the a/p the morning of departure. Very punctual service. We enjoyed the breakfast and found the entire staff to be very friendly and helpful.
