" I had a very disappointing experience at this property. Check-in was disorganized and I was asked to leave and come back because no rooms were available, only to return and have the front desk not even remember speaking with me. The room itself had a very unpleasant odor and felt like it had only been quickly put together. I also paid for late checkout until noon, yet housekeeping entered the room around 10:30 AM while my family was in the room and I was making my way back from the pool with my son. As I approached my door to put in the code it did not work so I stopped her at the bottom of the stairs to ask if the code had changed and mentioned I had late check out. Of course she hardly spoke English so the only thing I understood was, if I had late check out the code should be the same as before. But it was not, I couldn’t get back into my room. Thankfully the rest of my family was still in the room to let me in. Overall the stay felt poorly managed and unprofessional. If check in didn’t happen so late I would have not stayed and would have asked for a refund. I simply wasn’t in the headspace to be going back and fourth to demand that refund. Would not recommend this place to anyone. "

"The room was dirty, bathroom had dirty prints on the wall, the shower had a super slow drain with a disgusting drain with no cover, bubbled wall and ceiling above the shower that was leaking water out of it. Luke warm water and cold water only in the shower. "
