The only thing that would be to have a garbage can in the rear of the building for pet owners to deposit their pet waste bags in.

Front desk staff were very nice and accommodating. The room however was not very nice and had a very strong, damp odor. The carpet was really dirty and cut in multiple places. It is very conveniently located and our room was located near the door that leads to the back, grassy area, which was nice for our pups.

Nice place for a quick trip

It was just a quick overnight for high school sports. The decor was a bit dated, but everything was very clean and breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. close to the highway exit. overall good experience

The hotel was not far from Highmark Stadium, home of a beloved NFL franchise with whom we had an event to participate with Friday night. Hotel room was clean and ready for our arrival. Hotel staff were friendly and efficient. Room furniture was dated, bed was wonderfully comfortable. The carpet, however was in serious need of a deep cleaning. Good value for the price. Would stay there again.

Arriving, everything was fine. The front desk staff were polite and friendly. Arriving to my room everything was in order, until 15-20 minutes later there was a roach in the room. I was able to get switched without any problems. The second room had ants everywhere, looks like the room was not deep cleaned- had left over fruit maybe? Finally the third room was perfectly fine. Only was there for the weekend, Friday night to Sunday morning. For 8 star rating was highly underwhelming

Conveniently located right at the on/off ramp for the highway. Friendly staff. Very clean. 24 hour coffee and juice. Parking on both sides of hotel with easy access side doors. Would highly recommend staying here.

Room smelled like cigarette smoke. Our keys stopped working, got new ones, new ones didn’t work either. Went to the desk a third time and finally got ones that worked. The iron was too dirty to use and the closet door was broken so it couldn’t latch properly.
