The property experience was so great. We end up checking in back to back. The rooms were comfy and spacious breakfast was on point. I especially loved that the juices, coffee, yoghurt and fruit were available 24–7. Everyone that we experienced at the front desk was amazing and helpful. Will definitely be back when in Buffalo.

Super nice staff, clean room & I liked how they offer some of the breakfast items anytime. I’d only advise some people who are sensitive to scents to maybe not stay here…although a pleasant smell, the air freshener is a bit overpowering. Overall it was a nice stay!

I booked a room for an employee who was unable to travel. I arrived one day after the original check-in date and requested that the reservation be changed to my name so I could use the room. Unfortunately, this request was denied without consideration. As a result, I paid for three nights even though the room was never occupied, and no refund was provided. I am very disappointed in the handling of this situation, as I made a reasonable effort to use the reservation. I respectfully request a review of this case and a refund for the unused accommodations.

Lobby smelled funny. Sheets on the bed had black spots on them. I was finally given sheets to change off the black spots ones. They wouldn’t change themselves. I’ve machine was leaking. Definitely not worthy of LaQuinta name. I have stayed at many. Won’t go back. Will think twice about LaQuinta again.

We waited a few minutes to check in. There was no one at the check in counter. The room was adequate but there were a couple of issues in the bathroom. The toilet paper holder was falling off the wall. The sliding glass doors on the shower were not installed correctly. The parking slots nearest the front door were mostly taken up by long term parked cars. They were covered with snow when we arrived and had not moved the next day.

Staff was kind and friendly....great!!! Antwuan showed what true Hospitality is as he navigated through our specific situation. Jay was also nice and knowledgeable of the area. Room was very clean.
