Great forested getaway!

Perfect for just us two people and our pup! Host was responsive, great location and all items from previous reviews seem to have been addressed (no rusted chairs, no chemical-ly hot tub, etc)

Anniversary Stay

Our rental was perfect for us. It was just my wife and myself and the size of the home was perfect i loved the trees surrounding it and we both loved how quiet it was, it gave you a chance to just relax and not worry much ablut anything.

Great Stay

We had a wonderful time, a bit hard to find the place as we unfortunately arrived after sundown and there are no lights around. Also no physical maps on the property. Once we located the unit the stay was wonderful! The pictures were very accurate to the location. Very peaceful and so close to many amazing trails! We would gladly stay again!

Cozy, no frills coast getaway

My partner and I stayed here two nights for a quick anniversary trip and meet up with friends staying nearby. This place provided the essentials we needed. After reading other reviews, I was hopeful that some of the downsides others called out would have been addressed. That wasn’t the case. We never used the hot tub because the bleach smell was as bad as others have said. (Too bad, too because the spot does feel secluded.) The two rusty metal chairs are still - hilariously - there. Whatever you’re imagining, they’re worse in a way that we found hilarious

Quaint but in awful disrepair

The sky lights were full of cob webs that had been there for a while. The inside of the windows and window sills were pretty dirty. Lots of spiders, maybe treat for critters.... There was a plastic water bottle cap on the floor in sight by the futon couch. Cob webs & debris everywhere on outside of deck

Beautiful forest view

The property and house were very small yet clean. It was nice to have a hot tub on the deck overlooking to forest, but we couldn’t get past the immense smell of bleach (not chlorine, bleach) so we went in only the one time. There were two chairs on the deck to enjoy the outdoors which would have been great, but they were very rusty metal chairs. I would advise replacing them with plastic chairs. Used the grill only once as only one burner out of 3 worked, and it was all rusty and burned up. The space to potty our dogs was a 6ftx3ft area without using the very close neighbors spot. Not ideal. If you don’t want neighbors having a full view of you while inside the home, you must close all the blinds except the ones facing the forest. It was very confusing to find the property, especially since the addresses starting with M are at the top, and C is way down at the bottom. Also there was nobody there to assist or give directions at 4pm. Positive notes are that the property was in a good location for us. Would we return? No.

We were offered an early check in and spent almost 2 hours with the chat to get in. I was given the run around until I was able to get Vacanna on the line. The walk ways were a mess and tracked both into the hot tub and cabin. Way over priced for space. Super diapointing for our anniversary trip.

A cozy cabin, perfect for a married couple. Private, and overlooking a beautifull river. But not too far from Brookings or other cool spots.

Great place so relaxing

We would definitely stay here again the setting is amazing in a forest & the ferns beautiful the sound of the river as you relax in the hot tub awesome.
