Rooms were clean, staff was ok. What’s good: breakfast, nice rooms, walking distance to 4th street live, and nice restaurants. What’s bad: no hot tub, parking is valet only, and $45 per 24 hrs. When I checked out, I was not offered a receipt, and have not been emailed one.

It was perfect for our needs with a queen bed, microwave, fridge and bathroom that was all we needed. Location was good. The parking, though, should be part of the listed price as $36 additional per night to park our car made the stay more expensive than it looked when we booked online.

The property is extremely outdated and poorly maintained. The buildings had a strong old, musty smell throughout, and there were visible leaks from the roof in multiple areas. The overall cleanliness of the property was disappointing. Everything felt dirty, dingy, and neglected.

"Everything was very clean and in good condition. The restaurant and bar were very good. Front desk staff was nice, but slow. We were there during the National Archery Tournament, and they were not prepared for as many people to be checking in at once that did and it took some of us almost an hour. There was no online check in available. It also took 3 calls over 2 days to get an extra blanket brought up to the room. Overall good stay. Just be prepared if you’re going on a busy weekend!"
