Driveway parking available upon request (15$ per night) —please let host know in advance.

This newly renovated third-floor unit offers a bright, modern space designed for comfort and convenience. Perfect for couples, small groups, or business travelers.

Located in a quiet residential neighborhood just minutes from Ashmont and Shawmut stations, offering quick access to downtown Boston, restaurants, markets, and the Red Line.

Guests have exclusive access to the third-floor unit, including the bedroom area, living room, full kitchen, and renovated bathroom with sauna. The space is completely private and not shared with anyone else.

Entry is self-check-in through a secure keypad. You will receive your personalized code before arrival.

If you request parking in advance, you will also have access to one driveway parking spot for an additional $15 per night. We have up to two driveway spots available.

Laundry is not available on-site, but there are nearby laundromats within a short walking distance.

Very clean, the host was very responsive. There is no TV and there is no coffee pot. It sleeps 4 but the 2nd bed is the futon and there is no where else to sit if the futon is pulled out into a bed. We made it work and are happy with our stay
