Room is amazing I love how room service even fold our pajama. Impeccable into details. They sent a microwave to our room as per request. I hope they have Hot Water ready in lobby 24/7. Access to that is very limited

Terrific room, we always appreciate a second chair/sofa and still spacious. The property is undergoing renovations which made bar/evening dining unavailable and weekdays noisy, but the staff made extra efforts to accommodate all we needed. easy walk to back bay amenities and the T. We'd absolutely stay again

Check in was great. I'm tall, so I struggle with looking down at name tags. It feels awkward, especially if someone presents as female, I am a male. My check in attendant was helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. I appreciate them, but I didn't catch their name. Maybe at check there could be a nameplate? Or perhaps it's just me. Thanks!

Excellent hotel. Staff was friendly. Room was clean and loved the large closet--gave is extra space since we could store luggage in it. Very convenient location. We took advantage of walking through the Prudential mall to stay warm while being outside. We will definitely stay again.

We checked out on 12/30, and I am writing this on 1/5 after a full week of continued silence and failed follow-through. During our 12-night stay, we experienced repeated breakdowns in housekeeping and basic communication. Requests were acknowledged and then ignored, and the property’s internal coordination appeared consistently dysfunctional. After checkout, Leon, a front desk supervisor, apologized and explained that David (the General Manager) and Eriko were on vacation. Leon offered a refund of one third of the stay, but said it had to be initiated through Expedia and that the hotel would then confirm it. I initiated the request as instructed. On 1/2, Expedia notified me that they had attempted multiple times to reach the hotel and no one responded, so the refund request was denied. This is completely consistent with our experience throughout the stay: promises made, then silence. I notified Leon, David, Eriko, and Hilton Guest Assistance immediately after Expedia’s 1/2 message. As of 1/5, I have still heard nothing. Adding to the absurdity, neither David nor Eriko had out-of-office messages on their email, so there was no indication that guest concerns were being monitored or delegated in their absence. The location is excellent, and the hotel has potential. Unfortunately, that potential is being squandered by what appears to be a culture of exceedingly poor leadership, lax standards, and general incompetence. This is well below what one expects from the Hilton name.

The room was decent and the front desk personel were nice. The maid service did not replenish all supplies. We should have been informed that the hotel was under renovation because the sound of construction and mess in the elevators was not acceptable.
