This is a beautiful hotel tucked in a nice area of Boston. The rooms are clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The lounge is a great place to grab a drink.

Do Not Book 2 Bed Deluxe Room

Save your money and go somewhere else. The location is great and walkable but that’s about it. We booked a 2 queen bed deluxe room and it did not come with a dresser or accent chair that was pictured when booking. There was minimal floor space and the bathroom was the size of a closet. From the pictures you’ll see the toilet seat was installed incorrectly (how charming!) Our air conditioner also went out one night. The manager offered to move us to another room with a king bed but we each wanted separate beds so we stayed….and suffered. Do not recommend!!!!
Toilet seat misaligned. Sink installed sideways to fit into the tiny bathroom.
Room missing dresser, accent chair and coffee maker. Bed only inches from wall.

I wasn't able to check in until after 8 PM and was not notified ahead of time that this would be the case. My room was not well cleaned (stray trash on the floor). Staff was very nice and the hotel was beautiful. Our room was quite large

The best possible location i could have chosen. Located near eveything and within walking distance to sites, restaurants, and historical markers. Great place to stay overall and i would recommend staying here.

Everything was great from the moment we handed our car keys to valet, to the moment we left. The young lady at check-in was amazing and when I checked out she remembered I went with my daughter and it was our 3rd time in Boston. We ate breakfast at the hotel and the wait staff was also amazing. The only problem was not being able to fall asleep because of the cars honking outside, but of course, this is not the hotel's fault and it is on a busy street. I had to bring home a Boston creme pie from the restaurant and it is delicious!!!
