Fully equipped for comfort and convenience, this home features a split floor plan that ensures privacy for both family and friends. With two separate living areas, everyone can find their own space to relax and unwind. The primary suite boasts a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom for ultimate comfort. The 2nd bedroom offers a queen bed, while the 3rd bedroom is a versatile space with a full bed and bunk beds, making it ideal for families.

One of the highlights of this vacation rental is its great location at the intersection of three canals, providing picturesque water views from various vantage points. An in-ground pool & spa have just been completed, enhancing your outdoor living experience.

There's a cap on electric ($300) and water/sewer ($200).
