A wonderful time!!!

John and Mary were awesome hosts! They were able to help us with anything we needed. The house was perfect and comfortable. We do utilize Rentals a lot and this was one of our best yet! We will be back. The screened in porch was such a blessing at night when we just wanted to sit out in the night air and talk. The activities around the house were great for the kids. We will be making this a yearly rental for our family summer trip!

Well Worth the Stay

This property is just as amazing as the photos and listing look. My entire family (parents, sister and teen kids) truly enjoyed it. Everything about the stay was perfect. Don't think twice about booking this location!

All three homes are beautiful. The owners are wonderful. I would stay there again.

There are three beautiful homes next to each other by the Suwannee River great for a group event or rent just one of the homes. Each home has three bedroom and three bath. Very clean and is furnished with everything one needs for a short or long stay. I enjoyed waking up and having coffee on the screened in porch every morning listening to the birds and watch the river water flow by. Very peaceful. The owners they are wonderful host!!!

4th of July family trip

The attention to detail of this property is absolutely amazing! Cookies and a welcome sign are in the kitchen to greet you when you arrive. Property is well-maintained with lots to do on site. Can’t wait for our next family trip to the area!

Great location on the Suwannee

This is a fantastic quiet location right on the river. Great for swimming or lauchnind a boat. House itself was perfect. Elevated one story with fantastic screened in porch. Inside was wonderfully decorated and excellent facilities. The owners (Mary and John) were really nice. Couldn't ask for a better stay. We'll definitely visit again.

Magical time

Three generations of family went on this vacation and we all had a wonderful time. The Suwannee is incredible and we could not ask for better hosts. We started looking into when we could return next before we had departed. Everything was well planned from the amenities, to kitchen equipment, to activities available on the property.

A little piece of heaven!

We stayed at the River Watcher to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and we loved it. The home is impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. It has plenty of places to relax both inside and out. The view and access to the river were excellent, and the grounds have so many fun things to do including shuffleboard, horse shoes, basketball and volleyball. Communication with the hosts was excellent too. We will be back for sure!

Relaxing

It was a great weekend, the description of the property was accurate, it has plenty of things to enjoy the outside; volleyball, basketball, swings, other games! Wifi signal was not the greatest, but it’s expected in the woods! Besides it have us the opportunity to disconnect from our phones and enjoy each other’s company! Loved it.

Can’t wait to go back!

Our family of four (plus 2 dogs) spent 6 days here over the holidays to dive/snorkel at some of Florida’s crystal clear, 72 degree springs. John & Mary were great about communication before and during our trip. The house was well appointed with comfortable furniture, plenty of pots/pans/utensils, etc. and was very clean. This part of Florida is fairly rural so expect to do some driving for groceries, restaurants, etc. but that is just what we wanted. The house is on a 6 acre, riverfront property that is beautiful & relaxing. Having a fire pit, boat dock, volleyball net & basketball goal (with balls provided), volleyball net, shuffleboard & tetherball available made for other family fun. I can’t recommend this place highly enough. Will definitely return in the future!

Beautiful Property

Awesome property with a beautiful view. John and Mary were extremely accommodating to our vacation needs. 20 minutes from ginnie springs and the little town. Check out the stars on the dock at night ! Would definitely recommend this property. Thanks so much for the great weekend Alec Jarzabkowski

Amazing place

Great stay the kids really enjoyed the place, and had plenty to keep them occupied. Really peaceful and relaxing. Made a trip to Hart springs about 15-20 min away not very crowded great place if you have young kids.

Cleanest VRBO ever!

The owners take wonderful care of the place! It is truly the cleanest rental I have been to; super clean and organized. They have really tried to think of everything you could need here. Grounds are very peaceful and nice. Perfect if you want to get away. We visited the springs about 45 minutes away and they were beautiful! The only downside was that neither Sprint nor Verizon get any cell service there. That complicated navigating the many small dirt roads nearby (the house is not on a dirt road, but you will use dirt roads to get around). Also grocery stores and restaurants are a good 30-45 minutes away, so plan accordingly.

Great home - perfect for our weekend getaway to the Gainesville area

The home was very clean and provided everything we needed for a great weekend. The owner left brownies which were fantastic! Such a nice welcome gift :) Not too far from Alachua and Gainesville.

July 4th Vacation

This house was beautiful and very spacious. My stay was was enjoyable but A few things could be addressed. This was our vacation and we spent a good amount of money renting this house and we felt like we where being watched. If the owners are going to be walking the property and asking questions of who drives what then that needs to be in the details because that makes people feel uncomfortable. Just wanted to let you know that on the floating dock there where 2 broken pieces off of the dock where a water moccasin was staying in my son was fishing on this dock and walked up on it. Thank goodness he did not get bit. But we kill the snake. Also snakes are moving please cut the grass.
