"We all had an amazing stay throughout our trip. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the evening drinks and snacks for the entire family. The only thing that caught us off guard was that there was no self parking or any other option to park elsewhere so you are left with no choice but to pay for the valet parking at the cost of $60/day. However, the staff was very kind, helpful, and efficient."

"I always stay at Ala Moana hotel. Because l like everything about the hotel. The service, staff, housekeeping. Everything is top tier quality. I would recommend anyone who is planning to go to Hawaii, should stay at Ala Moana hotel not becyi say so but because everything is here. It’s centralized. You’ve got ur hotel, then there’s the beach and u have the Ala Moana Shopping Center. Also there’s restaurants in the vicinity. So to sum it up it’s a perfect location."

"We really enjoyed staying here. The Ramen place in the building is fabulous- we ate here a lot. The rooms are nice and the shops, aesthetically pleasing. Check in was good. The pool is not what is expected, there are no chairs available and there were so many kids running around, I witnessed a few throwing things at birds, the hot tub had over 12 kids at one time in it, so no room for everyone. The pool was similar. They should’ve thought this better. The Swell bar is great, decent staff, food and bartenders all great. The towel staff is not the nicest. Everytime I asked for a towel (4days), it felt like an inquisition. Literally had to tell them my room number, show them my key and they would call my room and ask for my identity. All for a towel and if you’re going to the beach, forget it… they send you to the concierge. Really confusing. Then, one morning an alarm went off at about 6am, followed by people on the intercom telling us it was a false alarm over and over. Remember the early morning was pretty tiring. The elevators were messy. Someone got stuck in the elevators and they were down to one. The line to get to your room via elevator took 10-20 mins. This was also challenging going anywhere from your floor."
