"We had an emergency right outside our room at night and the sprinklers in hallway were activated and siren going on. To me there was a little bit of a delay in hotel Maintenance to respond to this incident. When finally the sprinklers were turned off in hallway, outside our room was flooded and our Hoka tennis shoes were soaked. All we received was a sorry and $100 credit. Our Hoka tennis shoes are worth over $300. Not very happy with management to ONLY offer us just $100 credit. My wife and I were not happy and were more disappointed and next time might go elsewhere. This was suppose to be our 25th anniversary."
