"We like everything about the property which is why we chose to stay there for the second time this year. I understand this is high peak time especially during the 4th of July week, but the only issue this second time around was the valet parking which was extremely crowded and the cue wait upon return was sometimes up to 15-20 minutes each time or more. The valet attendants apologized for the wait each time, but the driveway lot is small and there is not much they can do about it. If possible, Hyatt may need to consider creating a safeguarded coned-off valet cue watched by an attendant on Koa Avenue where can park your car during these circumstances."
