The outdoor grill and seating area make it easy to enjoy meals al fresco. The open-concept kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances, along with the dining and sleeper sofa in the family room area, offers plenty of space for gathering and entertaining. The two extra bedrooms, featuring twin beds and a queen bed respectively, along with the hallway bathroom, ensure comfortable accommodation for additional guests. Washer and dryer, for your convenience, are in the garage.

Almost perfect

The backyard with the hot tub and pool is an amazing place to spend time. The super close beaches are quiet and beautiful. The only downside of renting this house was the absurdly loud and difficult to operate alarm on the back door. You could not open the door for more than five seconds unless you wanted to hear an alarm as loud as a fire engine. Not enough time to walk through while carrying a tray with lunch on it. Since the double doors don’t perfectly align (none do) it is quite difficult to close the door all the way to deactivate the alarm. Stopped using that door after the first night, so we had to walk around the house to get to the pool. Not a huge deal, but pretty annoying.

Pool or beach? Can't lose with this house!

We stayed here for Labor Day weekend with our two children (6 and 8). The beach was a very short walk down a quiet residential street. The house itself is on a corner, with an empty lot behind it. The tropical landscaping in the backyard makes it feel very secluded, and the sound of the hot tub waterfalling into the pool is so relaxing. It is literally a dream backyard! But, it is Florida - so bring some bug spray for mosquitos. The pool is a large size, and our girls (and us) really enjoyed it. The interior of the house did not disappoint either. There was a coffee maker in the kitchen that was not listed on the amenity list. There is a pool alarm on the door to the pool. It was slightly annoying to have to push a button before opening the door. But definitely worth the peace of mind with kids! This was our second year staying on Anna Maria Island, but the first time on the north end of the island. The location of this house can't be beat. It's about a half mile walk to restaurants and shopping, and we will definitely be back.

great location - good property management

The house is very close to the beach, in a very nice spot on the beach, a little further from the public parking what makes it less crowded in that part. It has everything you need to enjoy your day at the beach. But for the price that is charged , you expect that chairs and other beach accessories be in good chape. Most of the chairs were broken and rusty. A lot of ants in the house, but nothing that a good Raid can’t kill. The house is very well equipped , grill, hot tube, nice showers, outdoor shower for after the beach, complete kitchen.

Enjoyed our long weekend getaway

My husband and I enjoyed this house…location and pool/hot tub were great! Kitchen was well equipped and we were happy to find some beach equipment in the garage. I would love to see an upgrade to a smart tv as well as having toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry detergent on site. Most vrbos have had this for us in the past and we had to run to the grocery store to purchase the first day we arrived.

Great location and wonderful pool

This location was amazing. Walk to all prime locations. On the gulf side so best part of beach. Very short walk. The house was beautiful and owners clearly care about providing stuff for you to enjoy like toys and beach chairs. Thanks so much. The only thing I didn’t like is the bedroom downstairs is main area to pool. If you are going with another family you can go out front door to gate. But if just your family you will use that door and track through master all the time.

Excellent home and location

Beautiful home located a short walk from a very isolated beach on the north end of AMI. The master bedroom has been renovated and unfortunately the shower wasn’t functioning (no hot water/ drain). Also, the bedroom with two twin beds had very squeaky beds. We worked around the small issues and had a wonderful trip.

Perfect Vacation

Can't decide what we loved most, the private, lush pool and spa area or the 175 steps to putting our toes into the sand of the best beach on the island (yes, we counted). Also a five minute walk to shopping and restaurants. You just can't beat this location. The coastal décor is lovely, the house was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and there are plenty of chairs, umbrellas and toys for the kids. The house is on a quiet dead end street making this the most relaxing vacation we've had on AMI. We loved everything about this house and can't wait to come back next year.

The property was great. Our only issue was with the pool. It needed some work when we first arrived and it took a few days to get it cleaned up, but after that it was fine. The property manager was very responsive.

WORST VACATION EVER!!Need a vacation do-over

I will start out by saying the only 2 positives of this week stay was location of house, u turn left out of driveway and walk 2 blocks straight to one of the most beautiful beaches, and the private pool area is very tropical and the cleanest pool we have ever had. But, the rest of this vacation sucked. This is our 2nd year in a row staying on AMI and with this rental company. This was the most disappointing/worst vacation EVER! It would have been really nice in advance to know that a home is being built next door. Because we would have cancelled immediately. To spend this kind of money to be awakened EVERY morning at 7am to heavy construction vehicles with their beeping constantly is just WRONG! We never were able to relax cause it went on from 7am to 5p EVERYDAY except Sunday. We couldn't enjoy the backyard pool oasis. Because there was constant construction noise or the workers music. And anytime we went to go somewhere, we were always blocked in our own driveway. So u would have to go find a worker to ask them to move. ( the neighbor directly across from the new home said she was sick of it, her cars in her drive were always blocked in 2). We understand that people are building/remodeling in this area, but we feel that the rental/owners should have given us the opportunity of making the decision to stay here or look for somewhere else with the construction going on, it's just very sneaky to not provide this info so they can make money and not "lose out" on money.....cause we lost ALOT of money in this stay! Alot of people save up vacation time from work and money for trips....SO BEWARE. The house was also a weird set up. It was fine for my husband and I, but for a family, I wouldnt like it. In order to get to pool from inside the house, the only way to exit to it is downstairs through the master bedroom. (Which also has a tiny master batroom/shower) We thought it was strange. When grilling you would be up in 2nd floor in kitchen and have to carry plates all the way downstairs through the master bedroom and out to pool area. The only entrance to house is to go upstairs on the outside of house to enter in by bathroom hall and 2 bedrooms, then kitchen....so u could exit this way to pool if needed but down 2nd story stairs then to a huge fence with gate. Just a very awkward setup. Maybe you will be lucky so u cam enjoy the pool and construction will be done.......

We really enjoyed our stay at Island Memories in December. The location, is just a short (2 block) walk to the beach. The wagon, cooler, beach umbrella and chairs were nice to have available; although some of the chairs were quite tattered and need repairing or replacing. There were several pool floaties available, which was nice as we relaxed our cares away in the heated pool, Sitting in the spa under the stars was a Christmas eve memory none of us will forget! The house itself is very nice and well-kept, although there are a couple screen doors which need replacing. The beds were super comfortable. The Island Accommodations staff were very responsive to a few issues we had during our stay. Overall we would definitely recommend staying here to create your own island memories!

A wonderful home away from home on the most fantastic vacation spot in Florida!

This was my 4th visit to AMI and I’ve never had anything but amazing trips. This time was no exception. The house was just perfect for my family of 5. We loved being together in the open-concept kitchen, dining, living area. Simply and tastefully decorated, the unfussy laidback atmosphere made us feel right at home. The pool area was beautiful and the landscaping just gorgeous! The location was just right; So close to both the beach and shopping on Pine. We’ll be back next year too and look forward to staying in this home again. Thanks for everything you did to make our stay memorable, Sabrena Goley & family

Tropical paradise!

What an amazing vacation! This house is impeccably decorated . The pool and jacuzzi outside was set in a tropical paradise with all the palm trees. It was like our own private oasis. Also, the home is very convenient to the beach and local shops.

Wonderful stay! So close to the beach :) Our biggest decision was should we go to the pool in the backyard or the beach down the street. We couldn't decide, so we did both! Beautiful home-such a treasure!
