Overall the house was just okay. The location can’t be beat. We had an issue with the fridge which spoiled all of our food (around 175) on the first day. Once upon a beach insisted it was normal, but after I asked for someone to come out, the fan motor was broken. The kitchen has few amenities - none of the Tupperware has matching lids, no tinfoil / bags, and a very hodgepodge collection of everything else. We had two rolls of paper towels and two garbage bags for the week *maybe thats standard? but for a "luxury" listing seems meek). The shed is a mess - one bike has slashed tires, and the two that don’t have flat tires and both pumps in the shed don’t work. It’s disorganized and also a hodgepodge. They give you a credit to rent items, but I only rented one bike because it said there were others at the house. So I had to go rent other bikes, which is a waste of time and money. The pool is not secure. The wires on the porch are sagging which allow children to climb up and down which was a major safety concern for us the whole time. In general the maintenance of the house could use attention. The pool was cleaned the second day we got here which was nice, but then the yard cleaners came right after and leaf blew everything back into the pool lol. Overall if I had paid half the amount for this rental it would have been okay, but for the price I am disappointed.
