The staff was amazing. Very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Only drawback was the parking. It was $32 plus tax overnight. Just keep that in mind when booking.

Nice hotel, close to Disneyland

Stayed for 3 nights, free breakfast was well worth it. We had lunch there one day, it was not worth the cost, in my opinion. Overall, it was a nice hotel, we will stay there again.

The staff at this hotel are all exceptional. Melissa went over and above to ensure our stay was a memorable one. The rooms were clean, the bed and pillows were awesome. The breakfast was excellent and the walk to toy story parking shuttle to disney was easy. Walking directly to Disney also an easy 20min happy walk. Definitely worth a 5 star review.

The associate who checked me in was super friendly and nice. Roms are clean, spacious, convenient to Disneyland. Only compliant was noisy neighbors stomlig and banging on walls. But not the hotels fault.

Great Place

My son and I needed a place to stay after a Disney trip. Hyatt Place was fantastic, the room was huge and clean, the beds are comfortable. Area is safe and the staff is amazing. The only thing we had an issue with were the people on the floor above us, they were jumping around all morning. Overall service was exceptional.
