Convenience stores nearby. Restaurants around the property. Close distance to convention centers. Easy parking. Staffs friendly. Property kind of old. Have microwave and Fridge. Fridge also old but useable. Spacious room. Restroom shower water not stable. Water turned cold sometimes during shower. Noise of course. If you don’t want to spend too much, just a place to sleep. This is a very good choice.

Good price/Wear socks

It was good for the price. Easy drive (around the corner) to the Toy Story parking lot. However, they don’t clean the carpets often. I usually wear socks around but the person I went with didn’t. His feet were so dirty when walking around the room. How do we know it’s the floor is because we were at Disneyland with socks/shoes at the hotel he took both off.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at Queens Hotel was extremely poor from start to finish. The moment I walked in, I noticed how dirty the floors were. The carpets were so filthy, it was uncomfortable to even walk on them. When I brought this up to the front desk, I was shocked to be told that the carpets aren’t even cleaned. That alone should’ve been a red flag. The bathroom was another nightmare. The toilet clogged, and when I asked for help, I was told someone would come by at 11 PM – completely unacceptable. On top of that, one of my phone chargers was damaged during the stay, and the staff denied any responsibility, even though I’m sure it happened during housekeeping. Basic amenities were also lacking. There were only two towels in the room, and when I requested more, I was told they didn’t have extras. There were also visible signs of poor upkeep and cleanliness throughout the room. The pool area was no better. The water looked dirty, and the hot tub was out of order, which was disappointing as we were hoping to relax after long days. The only positive thing about this hotel is its proximity to Disneyland – it’s very conveniently located. But unfortunately, that does not make up for how poorly this property is maintained or the lack of basic hospitality. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone, even for its location. There are better options nearby that offer a cleaner, safer, and more professional experience.

The light in the bathroom started to leak exponential amounts of water to the point where it flooded. The TVs hang off the side of the stand and the bathtubs were cracked

There was a number of issues concering the room. Everytime my son and I walked barefoot, our feet would turn black from the amount of dirt in the carpet. There was rust in the microwave, wallpaper was chipped in the bathroom. The mini fridge barely kept our things cold and there was no freezer. Someone kept taking our do not disturbed sign so i had to close the door with part of the sign in it to prevent it from happening. There was also a 20 dollar fee if you checked in early and if you checked in 5 mins past the check in time. I have no plans on coming back.

My family and I stay here when we go to Disneyland since it’s only 10 minutes away driving, walking is 30min. I wish they had a shuttle on property to take us instead. The staff is very friendly. And the rooms are spacious and clean for the basic needs. Housekeep is super nice. She came by and asked if we needed service since we stayed for 3 days. Overall will be staying here again in October.
