Close to allot of restaurants, gas stations rooms are not that nice but clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

There was roaches in the bathroom, old, outdated, the AC was leaking so the carpet was wet. There was stains all over the walls and mold in the tiles. Never again.

Honestly, it wasn't bad. It is a good budget option for Disney. We weren't in the hotel for anything other than sleeping. However, if you are planning on hanging out in the hotel - do not recommend. A couple things I had issues with: 1. No elevator. We had a stroller and it was a pain in the ass getting up and down the stairs with our toddler, especially if he was sleeping after a long day at Disney. Plus, carrying luggage upstairs, with kids, sucks. 2. The carpet was FILTHY. It was super dark, so you couldnt notice. However, my son walked around one evening in the room without shoes on and his feet were black within an hour. Disgusting. 3. TV had channels, but nothing of interest. I think the only normal channel was ABC. 4. Our room was directly behind the Carls Jr. and the room reeked of fast food the entire time. It was disgusting. 5. We had some pretty sketch stuff going on the last night we were there. There was someone walking down the hall outside, trying to open doors to rooms. I couldnt make out what they were saying, but it sounded like they were up to no good. Addtionally, when they got to the end of the hall, there was loud banging and then a car sped off. It was just odd. On more than one occasion, someone tried to open our door that night. 5. It is pretty clear there are a couple rooms that people are living out of.

Not the best room from the start. Outdated and security lock ripped from the door. Wasn’t the most upset knowing it was so cheap. Immediate smell of cigarette smoke and mildew. To truly top it off, the room was infested with cockroaches, from tiny to huge. We packed up and left. Wish I had noticed sooner. Very traumatic waking up knowing we’d slept like that and all of our items needed to be inspected mid trip.

This place has really nice rooms very clean and very polite at the front desk! I like this hotel cause it's a couple minutes walking distance to Disneyland shuttles everything was walking distance I will stay here again me and my wife really loved it
