"The hotel and staff were great. Downside is there is not an elevator. However, the 2 young men working the front desk at checkin was more than happy to carry our luggage upstairs for us. It was definitely most helpful and very much appreciated."

"Wifi only works if you are a Marriott bonvoy member. They can careless about your stay if you book through a third party like hotels.com. Ordered room service at 8.30pm, order never entered into system and had to call again to place order. Didn't get to eat until 10pm. 3 stars must try harder."
