"I booked a double queen, but was given a king room. We had to switch. My ice bucket had a used kureg pod and a dirty Qtip in it. It took 45 minutes to get a clean ice bucket. The pool was empty, guard on duty and the pool was dirty. He did nothing but sit at his station. I'll never stay here ..."

"Hotel is very clean, staff was as helpful as they could be. Housekeeping was very nice and polite. Food at breakfast was good, coffe Le a bit weak for my liking but doable. Only issue I had was with WiFi, tried to purchase the premium so that I wouldn’t have issues while working but it didn’t go through to the pay screen. Front desk couldn’t help as they said you could only do it on your phone. Used the free WiFi I get with my Hilton rewards and kept losing internet while working. Had to keep calling into work when I lost connection. But other than that I would give it a 10/10 overall."
