The room didn't have towels, it looked as if someone was cleaning, then had to leave from cleaning. The entrance hallway door #2 water was leaking from the ceiling. My 2 day stay I had to go buy my own towels. The price was to high for what I got. Over $400.00 😔

"I’ve stayed here when it was still Sonder. I would like the hotel to provide square footage of the rooms on booking sites. Also in the past Sonder would offer early check depending on the time at 20 or 30 dollars. Hotel Houze charges 50 dollars regardless of time. The earliest they allow check in is 330. 50 is a bit high for early check in. Other than that "
