The staff was wonderful. The front desk lady who checked me in was very friendly. But later that night (after 11pm) our hotel neighbors were really loud. I called the front desk, and they handled it immediately.

Room was spacious & clean. Hotel rooms need updating, looks like they stopped at the lobby. Constant smell of marijuana, near elevators and all up and down the floors. Very good location to WLC, shopping, restaurants. Staff was friendly.
