"The front desk staff was very rude. They pressured me to answer questions unrelated to my stay, such as my email address and home address. When I explained that I had already provided that information through Expedia, the staff member replied, “You did not tell me,” in an unfriendly manner. The room was disappointing. The carpet felt very wet, and the room was extremely noisy. There was also only one piece of tissue left in the tissue box. Overall, I did not enjoy my stay at this hotel. I definitely will not return, and I would warn my friends to avoid this place. The breakfast was acceptable, and the parking was fine."
