"The hotel was clean and room was very good. Slept good. Only thing was tub was too high for me with an injured knee. One of the reading lights didn’t work. Front desk staff very friendly, cheerful and quite efficient on checking in. I would stay at this hotel again."

"The hotel is a little tired but it is spotlessly clean & the location & ease of walking to Cardiff Bay restaurants is great. In addition, what makes the hotel excellent is the staff. Jacques at check in was very helpful & Loretta at breakfast was fantastic but all staff we encountered were great. Fantastic early morning swim & delicious breakfast too. Great hotel - would definitely recommend! "
