We were also allocated a room with a double bed (we booked a king), and more alarmingly when we went to the room we were allocated, there was someone already checked in there - their luggage was in the room, although fortunately they were not there. This is a big security no-no! This should not happen! They said "oh sorry, we will give you another room", but this is bad. What if there was a single woman on her own in the room?"
