The staff were all friendly and helpful. We had nail clippings on the carpet next to the bed and also in the bathroom next to the sink. We also had a wet towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door which had to be from the previous guest which led us to believe the room wasn’t as clean as it should be

Reception staff not that friendly, also didnt both to help tell me where my room was even though I asked, dont always assume someone has stayed there before! Room was excellent and WiFi brilliant. Bed comfy but pillows too hard. Staff friendly apart from bar. Bar was not good. Expensive, cold, uncomfortable, unwelcoming. Also the good bar was closed! Breakfast ok.

Room was not good. Bedside lights didn't work. Wardrobe door was hanging of the hinges. Carpet was old. Paintwork was in need of attention. Walls were all marked. Bathroom was clean and bed was comfortable. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent. Breakfast could have been better. Spa was good. Wouldn't book again, there were too many negatives.

Hotel and Staff very nice but wasn’t very happy with the room i got of all the rooms looking over golf course or woods i got a room with a wall in front of me and very noisy A/C units beneath the room so couldn’t have the door open.
