They have parking available if you need to park a car. It is within walking distance to malls , so plenty of options for convenience shopping , eateries etc. Opposite Bute Park and the Cardiff Castle.

The room was clean and tidy but a little tired. There was no overhead lighting just a lamp above the bed and a very small table lamp which was insufficient to use to get ready by. The room was extremely hot and no air conditioning. The staff were lovely and the breakfast was very good.

Terrible room.

The room was terrible, i have complained and received no response from you. Ripped curtains, thick dust, broken desk and sunken matress causing no sleep.

Time for a refresh

The room was very hot and the aircon didn’t work. The fridge didn’t work. Bed was not that comfortable. Overall the room and bathroom is old/dated.
