The hotel was clean well situated with parking on site. The room was spacious with a huge double bed, air conditioning and tea and coffee facilities. Shower was good although it didn’t have a moveable shower head which I prefer. If I had to pick something they could improve upon it would be the towels are not soft other than that it was great

Bathroom fan timer broken so ran constantly. Sleep was virtually impossible due to constant noise.

The staff at this hotel were efficient and handled requests promptly, which we appreciated. However, the overall condition of the hotel left much to be desired. Our first room had visible mould in the toilet, which was concerning. We requested a room change, and to the staff’s credit, this was done quickly. Unfortunately, the second room had a faulty sink, which added to the sense that the hotel is in need of better maintenance. While the service was decent, the quality of the facilities did not meet expectations.

Staff service was beyond amazing, especially help with drinks and food after hours. The room was clean and fresh and beds are comfortable. The only negative is that the room had no air conditioning and we were there over the weekend thats just seen 30° days and still hot nights. The fan provided just simply wasn't enough to cool the room even slightly. As a result I had probably the worst 2 nights sleep of my life. However we all knkw the british weather is a fickle thing so my stay may have been different under different temperatures.

The rooms do not have a refrigerator or iron and ironing board! 1 of the bar staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. Had to pay for overnight parking which is NOT properly stated when making and paying for your booking.
