My only niggles are 1 lift was out of order so lift wait was long at times, wait to be seated in dining was long as no-one was ever at the door to seat us and children only have limited pool times which was disappointing. Lovely rooms, staff were very friendly and helpful, had two minor problems, asked if they could help. Changed my room, helped me pack and move from one room to another with no issues at all. Excellent Staff and hotel! Excellent location, free parking!

Best Western Premier Heronston Hotel & Spa
Easy check in service available by email, staff are very friendly. I had a good room that looks fresh and upto date and the bed was really comfortable, i normally find beds a problem but this was a good one. I have stayed here before when on business and would highly recommend.
