We were given a nice upgrade to the 18th floor, with excellent view. Thank you, staff! The valet parking worked well with courteous and efficient staff. The lobby was festive for the Christmas season. Mostly, we liked the convenience of being near Market Square.

"Everything was new and clean and it was quiet ! I couldn't find one thing wrong last night, thank you.
I was pleasantly surprised and now this hotel will be my GO TO place when I visit Knoxville.
Last month I stayed at another brand's "extended stay" in Florida and it was horrible (go read my reviews), but I gave this "extended stay" type hotel a chance and I'm extremely glad I did.
