Overall, the property was in good condition . The hall carpet on the 5th floor was uneven and I nearly tripped on it twice. Three days in a row the clerk at the main desk looked like he had just gotten out of bed

I only stayed twice but in both room the light fixture was busted and the showers and sinks didn’t drain properly.

The staff was excellent! So kind, So helpful…every member. The General Manager: Class Act! Only complaint is that the printed channel guides for the TV did not match the actual channels on the TV.

Brass Pineapple Inn
I had a paid reservation at this Bed and Breakfast and when I arrived no one answered the door, or the phone. There were piles of snow blocking street parking and the walkway, and stairs were covered in snow and ice. I ended up having to make a reservation at the Embassy Suites.
