"The lobby and elevator were dirty. We had to change rooms because the first room assigned to us had gravel on the carpet and the fridge made lots of noise. The hotel receptionist assigned us a new room, which was cleaner, with less noise. The breakfast food was good and the person who cooked and managed the breakfast room was very friendly."
