Room had two spiders in the bathroom, one in the upper corner and one behind the door. Location is fine, right off the highway. Someone, at some point was smoking in the bathroom. The bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke.

Should be rated half a Start! Don’t!

When I checked in the lobby was locked and I had to check in through a side window. If it’s safety I guess but all of the luggage carts were in front of the window and I had to leap frog through them. Once we got in our room it was immediately a strong damp smell, the sheets were dirty, some hair in the bed and the corner wall had signs of water damage of some sort. I asked to be moved to another room and it was not much better, still damp/moldy smell and sheets were also dirty and also hair found. The pillows were also not actual pillows they were pillow cases filled with cushioned cubes. I’m not sure how Hotels.com has this rated as high as it does. I didn’t sleep much I basically ended up leaving extremely early with hardly any sleep. I was so tired I don’t think I could’ve driven further because this was a planned stop.

The room and hotel was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast had great options, but the staff was amazing. The check in staff was friendly, supportive and professional in making sure are needs where met after a long drive. the housekeeping staff gave us some assistance with requests. staff w bkfst did a great job and checkout staff was friendly and supportive w a number of guests. The hotel, room and food where great but the STAFF WAS EXCELLENT and I highly recommend this stay because they showed made us feel welcomed, supported and at ease. We will stay here again when going through Toledo.👍5⭐

The hotel was clean. However, the room smelled very musty to the point that it smelled like someone had smoked in it. The beds were hard and the pillows were flat. For the price, the stay was fine.

Rooms need fresh air.

The room seem relatively clean but it stank terrible. The odor may have been from the air conditioner, a heavy musty smell. A continuous air exchange like the newer hotels have would be much appreciated. Even the bathroom fan it now has, doesn't seem to be moving much air. Thanks for listening.
