The place was really clean and quiet for a one night stay. No issues with parking or safety as the doors lock to the lobby after a certain time. The only negative was light leaked through the door but the door was lockable, so really a non-issue as no one was out in the hall making noise

Room was clean and spacious. Check-in was quick. Breakfast was so-so with the coffee leaving something to be desired. While waiting for the coffee to be changed, saw that it was equivalent to the dry cocoa mix machine which could be why it doesn't taste that good.

Everything was fine for the hotel. I usually never turn on the TV, but I wanted to watch the baseball playoffs and would’ve appreciated a local TV guide showing what the channels were. Instead, I scrolled through dozens of channels before finding the baseball game!

The hotel was fine. Expedia never sent the reservation so I had to pay TWICE to have a room. I have never had this problem before but I have no intention to EVER using Expedia again. And I have no way to contact you that I can find.

Book and get the he receipts and everything and I'm very grateful for the service and response from Expedia. Long story short when I arrived there was no record of my booking. The woman at the desk at this time was not very helpful. At first I gave her the benefit of the doubt for her attitude because she did at least look like she tried to double check. But she really just told me I needed to fix it and didn't try to help me. As someone with experience in customer service her attitude was in no way helpful or accommodating. I understand being in a position where you have little authority and are just one aspect of the business but you couldn't at least try to help me and have some empathy rather than sitting there and watching the TV? I'm exhausted and near tears and she just stares at me while I stand there trying to work with Expedia. Apparently there may have been an issue with this hotel's connection to Expedia and they needed to work it out with a manager but the woman at the desk was very rude and annoyed on the phone once Expedia called. She actually didn't even look like she was planning on picking up the phone until I said Expedia would be calling them.This experience was humiliating and all I wanted was some compassion but apparently that's too much to ask. Ended up getting my money back and called the courtyard Marriott they provided EXCEPTIONAL customer service because even though they were booked fully, they gave me the number for another hotel nearby.
