Thought that the walls were very thin,could hear everything in other rooms. And, most of the night the sirens going down the road. Need better sound proofing. I did not stay, i was there maybe an hour. The room was cold, small, and i didnt feel safe.

I was impressed with all staff I came in contact with during check in and breakfast. I was disappointed at the condition of overall facility with outdated electrical, bathrooms and hvac. Bathrooms weren’t clean. Roaches were spotted in room. We will definitely stay elsewhere next time.

First room I tried was dirty. Dirt swept into the corners and pieces of food under the cabinets. The second room was cleaner but shower handle was falling off, took 10 minutes to get hot water to the shower, shower curtain rod was about to fall off, door to room and bathroom hard to open, and the bed skirts were disgustingly dirty.

Dirty. Bath tub too high. Hard to take a shower for an old person since the bath tub is too high. Needs more Updates’. Positive, close to Legoland

Bathtub filthiest. Water came brown from faucet. A lot dust on curtains. No warm linens and my husband called for a warm blanket and they brought another thing blanket. Air heater never worked. Too cold to have a shower there. We got out that room asap. Never again.

Old hotel in need of major modernization, ac did not work, elevator service failed, no one on staff was willing to own the problems to get them fixed, carpeting throughout the hotel was dirty and stained, breakfast was a joke, offerings were not replenished regularly, staff not paying attention or didn't care. This is my second stay at this hotel, will be my last, next year I'll be at the Courtyard.
