I loved everything about this hotel. However, my room seemed to be located near the building’s air conditioning system, and it was extremely noisy at night. I’m not a sensitive sleeper at all, but the noise was loud enough to keep me awake. Other than that, I was very satisfied with my stay.

So-so stay

A hotel should not get a free pass just because of its brand recognition or location, each hotel has to provide excellent service to earn that reputation. At this hotel, the staff was not friendly to the right level, they were not welcoming or giving a vibe of wanting to make customers feel comfortable and welcome, They were basically indifferent. And the hotel room was a bit shabby overall, a cabinet door was off its hinges, plumbing was poor, etc. Mattress was not super comfortable either.

OKC Bricktown

Breakfast was average, beds were good. 3 lights were out in the kitchen. There wasn’t any bath gel in the shower (2 shampoos), no coffee pot, required a fee for parking which I didn’t see mentioned in the reservation. Disappointing

We checked in late afternoon. Dropped off our luggage and went out for dinner and a show. We returned late in the evening and went to bed. Room was street side and you could hear lots of traffic. I can live with that. The next morning we woke up to find no water. Called front desk and were told they were working on it. Over the next 2 hours it was on and off. We were unable to take a shower. As I’m sitting in the room I noticed the end table and coffee tables had dirt all over them like someone dropped dirty shoes on them. As we checked out I requested a refund but the lady told me she couldn’t refund the room because I had booked through Expedia. She did refund the parking fee. This was the last straw. When we checked in we paid a deposit for damages but nothing was mentioned about paying to park. I’d like a refund for this experience.

5th annual stay at this location. This was the last time. Other people trash and undergarments left in drawers, bugs in kitchen every day, demanded spraying for bugs and little was ever accomplished. At check in was given card keys to occupied room. Laundry facilities on site, no dryers were working at all, left with wet clothes. Simply a poor experience overall, each day something else was wrong, broken, or unattended too. And incredible amount of street (car noise) from the nightly "cruzers" each night.

Horrible Experience

Everything from the start was horrible. I requested the wrong room type and when I called the property was told they would update. They did not and because of that my friends and I had to share beds instead of each having their own. We stayed in Bricktown to go to the bars and easily get back to our room. When we returned we tried to get water and snacks and rudely told that we couldn't because of the audit but not told it would just be a couple of minutes to wait when I asked. I also asked housekeeping for a towel refresh and they did not knock before entering my room. We've stayed at the property several times and it has gone tremendously downhill. It also seems that none of the staff care about guests unless they are a "resident". One of my friends had trouble parking and a spot was flagged by her, but then a resident pulled in and was given the spot. The security guard said it was because they were a resident. The hotel from the lobby to the rooms was disgusting and areas of the carpet to threshold have come apart and hurt our feet several times. The pool area was nasty and several people smoked without any regard to others. We won't be staying at this property again.
