"Front desk and housekeeping staff are always excellent. Several budget dining options close by. Room is always immaculate. Surrounding area and be noisy, but this is not property’s fault. Microwave in room (some rooms?) would be very helpful. "

"Host was very communicative and was easy to reach. The house was updated very nicely. The fenced in back yard was great for our dog! She loved just hanging out there. The location was nice. Just a short ride to the downtown area and close to Denver and the mountains. The house had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!"

"The cottage house was perfect for our needs. It was very clean and provided all of the amenities needed for a weekend away. Angie was great to deal with and she was quick to answer any questions. I would strongly recommend this property and will definitely book it again myself if I visit the same area. "

"The host was very responsive to questions. The amenities were wonderful, as was the open space for entertaining in general. It was really nice to have everyone in the same room. We just had a few things that might need to be fixed or corrected to keep people safe. The front door was really hard to open and close.by the master bedroom entry there was a little dip in the floor which is not noticeable that needs caution, tape or something there to let people know that there’s a teeny step up/ down or that there’s a slight slope. The lack of heating in the basement was an issue this time of year, but all the large throw blankets helped make it a bit more comfortable."
