“THE VILLAGES” Beautiful, 3 bd, 3 bath Spacious Home in Monarch Grove!

Large gourmet kitchen with all upgraded appliances, spacious open floorplan, tastefully decorated to make guests feel at home! 3 bedrooms each with their own baths and individual smart TVs. Private Extended lanai area with tropical setting. 2 pools close by with others just a golf cart ride away, numerous golf courses with minutes of home.
The use of Red Yamaha Gas golf cart is included with your stay. We just ask that you put fuel in it while using it.

There is also a propane grill and fire pit that is available for use during your stay. You will have to supply your own propane if the tanks are empty.. it’s just an easy swap at nearby gas station.

Great Host!

The house had everything we needed and more. We really enjoyed the extended lanai and I had my coffee out there every morning! The owners were quick to answer any questions we had during our stay while in the Villages.

Hurricane Milton Hideout

We live near the west coast of FL and hoped that Al's home was inland far enough to keep power during Hurricane Milton. It did. We are ever so grateful to Al for having this haven available for my elderly parents and to share the house in time of need. Thank you. The property was clean, close to grocery and very comfortable for 5 of us. Highly recommend.

Best place we have stayed so far over the years.

We had a great time staying in The Villages and staying in the new area. House was big and beautiful in a great area. Super clean with everything needed. Had lots of fun driving around on the golf carts. There is so much to do in The Villages with all the Village squares and shops. Absolutely beautiful place. We have already booked ours for next year.

Great house in Villages

Fantastic property in the Villages! Well furnished with everything we needed from kitchen to bedroom to bath and plenty of room for the whole family. Large dining table for meals and oversized lanai for lounging. Would absolutely rent again!
