"Staff was nice and it was a great location close to everything! Air conditioning worked really good and loved the fridge and microwave. Bed was comfy and the room had a nice little sitting area. Other than that… the rooms didn’t have enough lighting and I’m guessing they expected us to just open the curtains during the day for light but we like our privacy. The noise level at night was ridiculous with roudy people all around us hollering and talking extremely loud and that usually lasted till at least around 1am. And we never got to use the pool because it looked green and cloudy so we didn’t trust it. We stayed because it had a pretty good rating especially for couples so we wanted to give them a try, but we will not be back."

"The view was nice many dolphins were able to be seen but other than that the rooms were disappointing. So many stains on the bed, sofa couch, regular couch, ironing board, sheets, and blankets. It looked as if nothing was cleaned. The door barely closed, you’d have to nearly slam it to death to close it. The balcony door was jammed and took forever to unjam."

"Excellent place and excellent location. The only thing that disappointed us was the food and bad coffee set up. Order dinner for room service ice and you would have thought they just threw it in a tray. Wasn’t good for what we paid for sure. And cold."

"I've stayed here many times, but always in the towers, this time I stayed in the older part of the hotel and the first room was not so great, it smelled of mold/mildew so much that we had to sit on the balcony and the closet was totally rusted. The staff eventually corrected it and moved us to another room. Thank you for making this right."
